Research Engineer — Power Electronics

LEADRIVE Technology is a high-tech power electronics company with leading expertise in research, development, and manufacturing of automotive-certified electric drive components. Produced in a fully automated production process, LEADRIVE’s motor control units (inverters) and IGBT/SiC power modules are the best choice for high performance and cost-effective drive trains in battery electric and hybrid vehicles.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop new software functions and control algorithms for power electronics and electric drive systems.
Develop end-to-end technical solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
Apply AUTOSAR, ASPICE, Functional safety (ISO 26262)
Realize and evaluate new ideas and concepts in interesting research projects.
Actively cooperate with both customer and internal development teams.
Qualification & Requirements
You have a Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
Work experience in power electronics and electric motor control is a plus.
Proven record in model-based programming, C/C++, UDS, INCA, Matlab/Simulink
Enthusiastic, strong sense of teamwork, excellent communication skills.
Fluent English and German language skills.
